For installation service, please contact your local distributor or the store where you purchased the product.

This product is designed for outdoor use only and is not recommended for indoor environments.

It may produce noise when insects are eliminated, making it unsuitable for indoor use.

Standard models require electricity to operate.

- For pole or streetlight installation: Electrical wiring work is required.

- For wall installation: It can be used by attaching a plug to the power cord.

However, the LUMIO Keeper Solar model is solar-powered and can be used without any electrical connection.

Since each INNOTECH product varies in weight and size, the shipping cost may differ depending on the product type.

Please contact us along with your product inquiry for an accurate shipping estimate.

It may be caused by the ballast reaching the end of its lifespan.

For overseas customers, please contact your local distributor or the store where you purchased the product for inspection or replacement support.

Domestic: Payment can be made via the online mall, bank transfer, or credit card.

Overseas: Payment is available by bank transfer (prepayment) or PayPal.

- Fluorescent lamp: Once every 4–6 months

- LED lamp: Once a year

- Sticky board: 1–2 times per month

The power cord length varies by product:

- SmartCatch series : approx. 2.3 m

- Focus series : approx. 2.3 m

- LUMIO series : approx. 2 m
